#RoadToLaMarmotte starts
at our headquarters
in Apeldoorn

This summer, the FUTURUM CHALLENGE Team will head to France for the ultimate PRO experience supported by a Leopard Pro Cycling team rider and staff. With riding the Gran Fondo La Marmotte they will face their biggest #MYCHALLENGE of 2019. The three limited spots to our roster have been filled and last week we officially kicked off the #RoadToLaMarmotte with a nice event in our headquarters in Apeldoorn. Now the team members are perfectly equipped for their training rides and the seasons' highlight in July!

One year ago we founded the FUTURUM Challenge Club on STRAVA. Now we take it to the next level with our FUTURUM CHALLENGE Team. Three members of the CHALLENGE Club on STRAVA became the core of the FUTURUM CHALLENGE team, who will participate in the Gran Fondo La Marmotte in July.

Let's meet the riders

Started by a breakfast together, the team members could finally get to know each other and the Kick-Off day of the Challenge team got real. At the FUTURUM headquarters in Apeldoorn we explained the company ’s targets regarding product development and how we care for the environment. Afterwards the members received their huge clothing and equipment package, with jerseys and bib shorts in a unique CHALLENGE Team Edition.

With the CHALLENGE Team logo freshly applied on their clothing the three riders went on a short ride on the ‘Veluwe’, which is our ‘home’ training ground. Together with a photographer and a filmmaker, the three riders could finally enjoy their greatest passion and learn a little more about the training condition, strengths and weaknesses of the other team members. We are happy to see that they fitted well and therefore form a great team together.

#PROFORMANCE

We will follow the riders during their preparation to La Marmotte 2019. A preparation will demand highest PERFORMANCE of the members, but what will also be as comfortable as possible with their huge clothing package of FUTURUM. The three members will face their #MYCHALLENGE for 2019 at La Marmotte and will enjoy the ultimate PRO experience by riding together with a PRO of Leopard Pro Cycling. During the Marmotte they are covered with the team car of Leopard Pro Cycling to really ‘feel like a pro’. Ultimately a unique experience.
