FUTURUM’s products have been developed and manufactured with the utmost attention to ensure that your expectations are exceeded. Every FUTURUM product therefore comes with a standard lifelong warranty against defects in the material or manufacturing.

365 days return policy

As an experienced high-end clothing brand, we know that there will be days that the ordered product(s) will simply have the incorrect size. At FUTURUM we surpass the legally required return period of 14 days, as we offer you the right to return your unused product(s) in good condition within 365 days after receiving your order. When returning, you have the option to ask for a credit or an exchange. During the entire process, we will of course keep close contact with you about the state of affairs.

To make the return process as convenient as possible for you, you can choose between using our online return portal to print a shipping label or going to your preferred parcel service to buy the shipping service directly.

14 day trial period. Not satisfied? Send it back. No questions asked.

We aim to exceed your expectations. At FUTURUM, we know that bib shorts and tights have to fit perfectly. That’s why we provide you with the opportunity to test ours. If they are not quite right, you can return them within 14 days. No questions asked. It doesn’t matter if you have worn them; we will refund your money.

FUTURUM Crash Replacement

As a roadie, gravel rider or mountain biker its important to be aware of your surroundings on the road or in nature. This way we limit accidents to a minimum. Unfortunately, it can still happen that you get involved in a crash. In that case, we are happy to ease the pain with our Crash Replacement service.

How does it work?
Send us a photo of your damaged FUTURUM clothing, along with the original order number, via our customer service (find our contact details on top of this page). We will then give you a 50% discount based on the original purchase value, free to spend on a new FUTURUM garment of equal or greater value. The FUTURUM Crash Replacement service cannot be exchanged for cash.

Shipping conditions

As we are Benelux’ biggest online bike retail company, we are able to offer FREE worldwide shipping for every order with a minimal value of €99.-

At this moment, we are unfortunately not able to deliver to Canada and the USA due to limitations in product liability insurance.

According to the delivery Country there may be local taxes and duties charged on your order. All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient.
