As an experienced high-end clothing brand, we know that there will be days that the ordered product(s) will simply have the incorrect size. At FUTURUM we surpass the legally required return period of 14 days, as we offer you the right to return your unused product(s) in good condition within 365 days after receiving your order. When returning, you have the option to ask for a credit or an exchange. During the entire process, we will of course keep close contact with you about the state of affairs.

Free of charge returns

When returning, you have the option to ask for a credit or an exchange. During the entire process, we will of course keep close contact with you about the state of affairs.

How does it work?

To make the return process as convenient as possible for you, you can choose between using our online return portal to print a shipping label or going to your preferred parcel service to buy the shipping service directly. Please note that in both cases it is necessary to include the printed and completed return form in the package. Please follow the procedure below in order to make the handling of your return as efficient as possible.


Option 1

For customers from The Netherlands and Belgium

1. Print our return form.

2. Fill in the form with detailed information (e.g. if you desire a credit or if you want to exchange the return for different products / description of the warranty case.)

3. Include the return form in the box in which you are returning the product(s).

4. Send your return to the following address:

6. Find your nearest drop off point:
Dutch customers: through: this link.

7. Save your receipt and tracking number from the post office, since we might ask for it.

Option 2

Use the online portal (only for EU customers)

1. Click on the link to our Online Return Portal.

2. Fill out the appropriate fields and print the shipping label that you will receive by mail. Please apply this label on the outside of the box. Attention: We have negotiated with our parcel service (PostNL) the best possible service for the majority of our customers. This means that we can even offer returns free of charge.

3. Print the return form

4. Fill in the form with detailed information (e.g. if you desire a refund or if you want to exchange the return for different products / description of the warranty case.)

5. Include the return form in the box in which you are returning the product(s).

8. Save your receipt and tracking number from the post office, since we might ask for it. Please note the whole process can take up to 2-3 weeks. Of course keep close contact with you about the state of affairs.

Option 3

Without online return portal and outside EU

1. Print our return form.

2. Fill in the form with detailed information (e.g. if you desire a credit or if you want to exchange the return for different products / description of the warranty case.)

3. Attach the form to the box in which you are returning the product(s).

4. Go to your local parcel service and buy a shipping label.

5. Send your return to the following address:

6. Save your receipt and tracking number from the post office to complete the credit of your return shipment. Send us an email at support@futurum.cc including the following:
- Return form
- Picture of, or digital receipt
- Tracking number of your return shipment

Please note

Wether you choose option 1, 2 or 3

- If you have chosen for a credit, we will transfer the respective amount to your bank account within 14 days after we received your shipment.
- If you have chosen for an exchange, we will send the desired product right away, provided that it is in stock.
- If your return relates to a warranty case, you will not have to pay for the shipping costs of the replacement product. This is on us.
