RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In the Netherlands, the statutory right of withdrawal applies. This means that you have the right to withdraw from a purchase agreement within a period of 14 days after receiving the product you purchased.

To withdraw from the contract, you must clearly inform us that you wish to make use of this right. You may, for example, use the withdrawal form that is located at the bottom of your order confirmation. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notice that you intend to exercise your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

We ask that you return or hand over the goods to us immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you decided to withdraw from the contract.

CONSEQUENCES OF THE WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from the purchase agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery charges (with the exception of any additional charges incurred due to your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option that we offer) without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the withdrawal. You are only liable for the devaluation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
